Krista Thompson
Owner/Stylist
Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be like my father and run a business. Watching him work extremely hard and have positive outcome was so motivating. With that motivation I started working at the age of 14 and liked managing my own money and it just snow balled from there.
I opened Bella Vista Salon in 2010 with the notion of a salon that provided a pleasant atmosphere that has more bonuses to offer clients than an ordinary salon. I wanted my customers to be offered the best of everything down to the smallest detail. I also wanted a comfortable and professional environment for my staff and offer them the best amenities to help flourish their careers.
I love hairdressing so much that it doesn't feel like work. I specialize in gray coverage and extensions, and I am known for my amazing short haircuts. I use bone structure and face shape as my guide to sculpt and cut hair. This way I can customize the look the client wants while taking into consideration their individual features. I use the same technique for color placement. My goal is to make sure my client leaves the salon looking and feeling their best!

Hi, I'm Julie-a stylist with a passion for hair, heart, and helping people feel amazing about themselves! I've always loved the magic of a transformation, whether it be a bold new color, a soft blend, or taking a simple cut and giving it a twist of something special. My true love lies in blonding and coloring techniques, and I never get tired of bringing out the beauty of every client that sits in my chair.
Though I've always dreamed of being a "beautician" (yep, I still love that word!), life took me on a beautiful detour. I earned a degree in communications, and became a stay at home mom to 5 wonderful kids. I'm even a grandma of 2!
When life called for a fresh start-I went to cosmetology school with my middle daughter, and everything just clicked. It felt like I was stepping into a role I was always meant to play. Becoming a hairstylist wasn't just a career move-it was a soul move. This is my second act, and I'm loving every minute of it.

Known for a polished, client-focused approach, Erin specializes in curly hair, men's cuts, dimensional color, and extensions. Committed to on-going education, Erin continually updates skills and techniques to stay current with the latest trends, products and tools-delivering confident, personalized results for every client.

Katie received her training from Xenon International School of Hair Design in Omaha, NE. Since receiving her Cosmetology License in 1999, she has been an Educator for Kenra and Eufora. Katie continues to perfect her Haircut and Color techniques that not only keep up with current styles, but to give you the style that best suits you and your lifestyle.

Chase Garcia

Hey, my name is Chase! I was born and raised in Colorado, and when I'm no in the salon I'm usually snow boarding, snowmobiling, wake surfing and anything outdoors. As a daughter of a make up artist I was always surrounded by the beauty industry and found that I love all things hair. I especially love color and extensions! I graduated from Summit Barber Academy and am well versed in all kinds of haircutting. I am excited to keep continuing my education and love staying on top of the latest techniques and trends. I'm so excited to meet you and make you feel extra special in my chair.
Brittany Alamillo

Brittany is a Los Angeles native. Her love for the creative industry stemmed when she was younger and involved in theatre and dance. As soon as she got the chance, she enrolled herself into Cosmetology School. Hair is her passion. Creativity is her craft. Brittany is always on top of the trends. She continues to enhance her skills through ongoing education. It’s her personal goal to continue to grow and excel in her craft and to ultimately share all that she learns. Her bubbly and upbeat attitude makes her very easy and fun to be around. Her approach to hair styling varies with each individual client. She has great communication skills, which provide exceptional client services that fit each person’s unique personality and lifestyle. Brittany specializes in balayage, blonding, color, styling, and haircutting. She strives to make her clients hair manageable and effortless. Carly Speir

I am a mom, and a wife with a passion for my spin bike, Mexican food, and girl's nights. I've been a stylist since 2008, and I can't imagine doing anything else. When I'm not at the salon, you can find me doing something outside with my family and our dog. I love to spend time each week taking classes to keep up to date on all the new hair trends, the more education the better.
When you feel great about your hair, it's easy to feel great about your life. I believe you should love your hair not only when you leave the salon, but every day in between appointments. When you decide to invest in me as your stylist, we will achieve beautiful and realistic results. I will offer you signature color and cutting techniques that will last, so you can focus on what's important to you.
McKenzie Reeder

McKenzie is originally from Arizona, but moved to Castle Rock in 2022. A former salon owner, Mckenzie has been doing hair for over 12 years and specializes in lived-in-color, balayage, and extensions. She became a Goldwell master colorist back in 2014 and keeps up on advanced classes and training. Her passion is to connect with clients and make them feel comfortable and beautiful! She is excited to create beautiful hair here in Colorado.
When McKenzie is not in the salon she’s usually spending time with her husband and 3 boys. She enjoys being in nature, 4 wheeling, and catching up on the latest drama tv show.

Lauren Schmidt

As a stylist who has worked in many salon settings, I have developed a broad range of skills to provide you with the perfect cut/ dimensional color you'll love. My specialties are natural dimensional blondes, balayage, blending and covering gray, tape in extensions, and men's haircuts.
My goal is that you'll leave thrilled with a look that accentuates your natural beauty. I have continued my education with Easihair Pro, Kevin Murphy, Aveda, Wella, Babe, Brazilian Blowout and many more. When I'm not at the salon, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, being outside, playing with my two puppies, camping, and hiking. I look forward to meeting you soon!
